Natasha Viveiros, RN, MPH
Natasha Viveiros, RN, MPH is the Director of Site Operations & Special Projects at Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC). Natasha received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Rhode Island with minors in Spanish and International Development. She went on the obtain a Masters of Global Health at Boston University and work in areas such as Surgical ICU nursing, childhood malnutrition research, asthma school based research interventions in Providence and Puerto Rico, and clinical education. Natasha currently oversees PCHC’s REL, SOGI, and Income demographic data collection project.
Jennifer Etue LICSW

Jennifer Etue (she/they) received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology, with a concentration in Human Service, with a minor in Women’s Studies from State University of New York (SUNY) at New Paltz and a Master’s degree in Social Work from SUNY Albany. Jennifer has a wealth of crisis intervention, short/ long term treatment experience and specialization in trauma informed services. Joining Providence Community Health Center in 2017 as Senior Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician, Jennifer was promoted to Manager of the Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Department in 2020. Jennifer provides clinical and administrative support to all PCHC health centers and the IBH teams through a variety of site-based supports and training. Jennifer also serves as a consultant with the Care Transformation Collaborative of Rhode Island. Jennifer developed the PCHC’s REL, SOGI, and Income training and co-facilitates training’s focusing of trauma informed care, diversity, and health equity work for the organization.
Yan Qi
Job title or function
Yan Qi is a population health analyst at Providence Community Health Center (PCHC). Yan holds a master's degree in applied statistics from Louisiana State University. Since joining PCHC in December 2021, Yan has been primarily responsible for analyzing clinical EHR data to provide data support to administrators.
